Livi Krevatin (PRINCIPAL CERTIFIER, DIRECTOR)

Livi is our Principal Certifier and a qualified building professional. He has a Master of Engineering, Graduate Certificate in Building and Planning, Diploma in Building Surveying, and Diploma of Building and Construction. Livi is an A Class ACT licenced, multi-award winning builder for more than twenty years. He knows and understands the building industry process from the ground up. He is passionate about developing the future of the construction industry, as a lecturer, having taught Building Construction for 23 years including the Canberra Institute of Technology and the University of Canberra. Now, as a building certifier, Livi uses his qualifications, knowledge and experience to find innovative and creative solutions to compliance issues. Livi is a preferred Certifier to the ACT Government in particular with the Public Housing Renewal Taskforce (PHRT). Livi is well respected by his peers in the industry and represents the industry on a number of professional committee’s and organisations including the Australian Standards Committee. Livi has also been called upon to provide independent expert advice to the Court in a number of jurisdictions in NSW and ACT. Livi is highly engaged, honest and direct in the provision of his opinion, thoroughly expert in his knowledge of building and construction techniques and applicable Standards and Regulations.

Jennifer Krevatin (OFFICE MANAGER, DIRECTOR)

Jennifer has had over 20 years’ experience working in the building industry as an office manager. She has worked for a large family building company in the ACT as well as her own business with Livi as a licenced builder. Now with almost 10 years in the certification side of the construction industry, she has gained an immense knowledge of building compliance regulations and can offer first hand assistance to any client seeking guidance to having their project certified within the ACT and NSW. Jennifer brings a high level of efficiency, organisation and experience to ensure our office is managed smoothly. Jennifer is your point of contact along with Ziva, when you visit or contact our office.

Janez REPLE (Building Surveyor)

Janez is experienced management specialist with a strong background in project management and construction certification. In addition, Janez holds expertise in financial management, planning, and community consultation. He has managed various private and public sector projects of up to 150 employees and $50M budget. Janez brings extensive practical experience to complex projects with large numbers of stakeholders. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) with master’s degree in financial management and entrepreneurship with special focus on integrated construction project management. In 2018 Janez successfully concluded Graduate Diploma in Built Environment (Building Surveying) at University of South Australia.

ZIVA PETERKA (CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER)

With more than 18 years of experience in building industry (overseas and Australia), Ziva has acquired skills and knowledge to provide an excellent customer service, to promote and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. She graduated from International School for Social and Business Studies (Slovenia) with master’s degree in management with emphasis on marketing and knowledge management. In WA she worked at TADWA (Technology for Ageing and Disability WA) as technical assistant for build environment, where she became passionate about the environment accessible for everyone. Ziva obtained a Diploma of Access Consultancy in 2018 and can help you, along with the team, to identify potential accessibility issues and advise you of your legal obligations.
