We are licensed in both the ACT and NSW and have established strong relationships with industry and legislative bodies over the course of our work. We are up to date with all planning and construction regulations and can work with you through all steps of the certification process.
Our Services
ACT Building Certification
There are two types of approvals in the ACT, exempt development which
requires only a Building Approval or a Development Application from the
government with Building Approval. We are happy to help determine which
pathway your project may require.
NSW Building Certification
We are experts in residential Complying Development, but can also assist our
clients with Construction Certificates after their Development Application is
approved by Council. We are happy to help determine which pathway your
project may require.
ACT Building Certification
A range of information and documentation has been compiled to assist during the certification process
